Remembering William T. Barnes

It is with great sadness but wonderful memories that we announce the passing of William T. Barnes on April 2 at the age of 95. Mr. Barnes was the founder of the Clear View School and Day Treatment Center. His life’s work was dedicated to building this program for children and families and it remained the focus of his concern, even after he retired from his day to day role.  Our program continues to be guided by his vision and inspired by his passion for providing for the well-being of all children and families.
